Shooting for Oh Baby Magazine

I was really chuffed when Irish Stylist Natasha Crowley from F Stylists contacted me to interview & shoot me for the Summer 2014 edition of Oh Baby Magazine.

had loved reading the magazine when I first got pregnant for all it's useful advice for Mums-to-be and knowing it is circulated all over Munster & Leinster, I thought it would be a lovely national keepsake to add to my baby's memory box for when she is older...a box which is already full to the brim!

Huge thanks to Billie at Oh Baby, Natasha and all the team on the day for such a relaxed, fun day of shooting. I loved all the clothes which Natasha pulled from stores such as Topshop, Amity Ireland and River Island to name a few. I was so happy to arrive on set to see my favourite makeup artist, Kate Noonan ready for action with her amazing bag of tricks. She always makes me feel so beautiful, she just has a magic touch. And Andrew Cronin from The Edge Hair design styles my hair for all the shots as well as giving me some fab hair tips & tricks to deal with pregnancy hair growth and post pregnancy hair loss.
My baby girl is due in just over two weeks time and although I have had a challenging last few weeks of pregnancy, I wouldn't change the last 9 months for the world. Thanks to Oh Baby Magazine for such a nice keepsake for her when she is older xo

The Cartoon Bags all the Fash Pack Love

Design duo Chay and Rika at Jump From Paper say 'why take everything so serious?' and it is this laid back, quirky philosophy that has made their unique 2D style bags the must have bags for the fashion forward clique this year. After spotting super blogger Susie Bubble (seen below) at New York Fashion Week last season wearing one, I scoured the net to buy one but couldn't. To my delight, the Glucksman Gallery on my doorstep at UCC have launched a collection of these amazing bags for sale this week!

'Jump from Paper' are made in Taiwan. Prices on the website are the same as what they are been sold for in the Glucksman Gallery. At the moment the gallery stocks 1 or 2 of each style so these are the hottest property in town! Retail & Development Manager for the Glucksman, Rachel Hobbs says ''our gallery shop supports Irish where possible, and upcoming talent within the design and craft world, but sometimes when there's something that extra bit special we make an exception.''

First to snap up one of these incredible bags from The Glucksman Gallery was Irish stylist and fashion blogger Natasha Crowley (pictured above) from I'm a collector of quirky bags so when I became aware of Jump from Paper I knew I had to have one. I tried to buy online but it was really difficult so when I saw that the Glucksman were stocking them I was overjoyed.  While the bags look fantastic in real life and are very well made, where they really shine is whne they are literally blows people's minds!''

For any upcoming fashion and accessory designers out there interested in applying to be stocked at the gorgeous Glucksman gallery Rachel says ''we're giving an award at the end of this Summer for Student or Graduate Designers who would like a space in our annual Design and Craft Fair this November. Their products will also be sold in our shop for a least a year. So follow the Glucksman Website, Glucksman Facebook and Glucksman Twitterfor more details. Here are some more amazing pieces in the Jump From Paper collection xo
