Fashion & Lifestyle Blog

I have always admired people who have that extra bit of get-up-and-go. Well I married the King of just that. My hubby is currently performing his first self-written play 'Saviour' at Smock Alley Theatre in Dublin, while holding down a full time job,  recording a radio series and not to forget,  helping me through some challenging days and long nights with our teething 8 month old. After only three hours sleep last night, he gave a fantastic first performance that was very well received at the beautiful Temple Bar central theatre. I am so proud of him, of the great example he is already setting for our little girl to follow her dreams and we can't wait for tomorrow's show already. Xo

A Decade of Fashion

I am recovering from a crazy, fashion filled, fun weekend, co-hosting fashion shows with Mahon Point Style Adviser Dee Kelly Morgan, to celebrate the shopping destination's 10th Birthday. We produced and presented four fashion shows daily, showing gorgeous looks that have just hit the stores from River Island and Oasis to Bershka and French Connection. Myself and Viv brought 10 of our models along to work the shows and we really enjoyed having both Miss Ireland Jess Hayes and Miss Universe Ireland Lisa Madden with us. I will post lots of videos and photos over the coming week when I catch up with myself again. For now, here is a taster. E xo

Happy Pancake Tuesday

I just made these yummy pancakes for my hubby:

150g buckwheat flour (from Here's Health or your local health food store)

100g ground almonds

3 eggs

2 tsp Vanilla Essence

Pinch of salt

Whizz the lot with a hand blender & cook with a dab of coconut oil. Top with anything you like, I used Nutella & banana 🍌💖 Enjoy xo

Queen V

This woman is everything. As a designer, a mother, a style icon, a business woman, a wife...Victoria Beckham just kills it on the multitasking front. Her NYFW collection today was knock-out perfection. And how adorable were her brood who all came out to support her. Even Anna Wintour seemed in awe! Xo

To Layer or Not To Layer

Transitional dressing always makes me feel a little bipolar. I am out on two hour walks with Erin in the buggy now most days, making the most out of my last 3 months maternity leave. So I find myself wrapping up heading out to the crisp frosty mornings in chunky layers only to arrive back home in the Spring sunshine togged off to a tshirt. With this in mind, I bought a neutral soft coat at Verso & The Dress Bar which is ideal layered over jeans or could equally be dressed up for a smarter daywear look. I have lots of great fashion events coming up this season and can't wait to share vblogs and photos from them all with you so stay tuned! xo

My look: Beige Coat: €49.99 click here to buy online at Verso & The Dress Bar
Striped cardi: GAP, Jeans: Zara, White top: Blush Boutique Trainers: Converse Pendant: Parfois

Viv also looked gorgeous on a buying trip to London in the burnt orange version last weekend!
