Sandra's Style Night

Last night I had the pleasure of presenting a fashion show at Sandra Murphys Style Night that was part of the Murphy's Cork Oyster Festival. Our models showed collections from some of the best independent boutique stores in the city with a focus on style and millinery for the races. Eventhough it was raining, it didn't stop everyone enjoying a barbecue, ice creams from a cute ice cream van and lots of dancing in the Marquay with DJ Stevie G after the show. Well done to Sandra and her team on organising such a fantastic night. I enjoyed presenting the show so much and met some of the most fun and stylish women in my city.

I wore a maxi from Blush Boutique (click to visit their gorgeous new website). They have a fantastic sale with up to 50% off labels such as Lennon Courtney, Sfizio and James Lakeland so it is well worth a visit. My jewellery was from my friend Anna who supplies the most stunning jewellery range from Butterfly London

The Workshop

We took Erin to see the chickens this morning and had Sunday brunch at the most adorable tea rooms where a real crackly record was playing on a record player, chipped vintage tea cups hung from the trees outside and literally everything inside from vintage armchairs and teapots to home baking was for sale. Such a treasure of a cafe.
I wore my new boho cream crochet dress from Amity and a handmade stone and crystal pendant from my friend Anna who supplies this gorgeous jewellery brand Butterfly London, more photos to come in another post soon. Happy Sunday Funday xo

A lovely evening at Brown Thomas

I popped along to the Marymount Hospice event at Brown Thomas this evening with Sonia (pictured below), our fab Marketing Manager at Educogym. We enjoyed food (well I am on the 12 Day Fat & Protein diet so passed on the nice treats) and we were treated to demos from Creme De La Mer, Jo Malone and Bobbi Brown and I won a bottle of Hennessys and a champagne lunch in BT for two. I better do the lotto tomorrow! We had a lovely time catching up with Lorraine O'Neill (below) and all the BT gang, everyone booked in for luxury hand massages at Jo Mallone and we were spoiled with beautiful goody bags. I gave my new fuchsia cape from Verso & The Dress Bar its first outing. These come in fab colours and are gorgeous over a dress or jeans so well worth investing in. Happy weekend! Xo

Sunsets and stars

I have been too busy lately living my real life to spend time on my online life but I promise to pull my blogging socks up and post more. I am just back from our beach caravan where we enjoyed a magical sunset, wine and chats with a special friend, walking back to bed under the clearest blanket of stars, dipping Erin's toes in the sea and sunny morning walks for fresh scones with jam and cream.
I updated my Summer wardrobe to some pretty piece from a great website Onjenu London. This is their navy bird print Leia jumpsuit and I love the floaty fabric. Visit their site here to fill your wardrobe with super quality, versatile dresses xo
